Nyata AI provides an AI-powered companion application designed to help Bristol residents access community services, support resources, and local information. Our Services include:

  • AI Chat Companion: Conversational AI characters with different personalities and specialties
  • Bristol Services Information: Real-time information about free meals, food banks, community events, housing support, and local services
  • Mobile Applications: iOS and Android apps available on the App Store and Google Play Store
  • API Access: Developer API for integrating Nyata AI functionality into third-party applications
  • Web Platform: Browser-based access to certain features

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

3.1 Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Services
  • Users aged 13-18 should have parental or guardian consent before using our Services
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13

3.2 Legal Capacity

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

Enforcement: We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

  • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • Should be independently verified before relying on them
  • Do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice

11.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for:

  • User-generated content
  • Third-party websites, services, or resources linked from our Services
  • The accuracy or availability of information from external sources

12. Limitation of Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NYATA LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12.1 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

  • £100 (one hundred British pounds), or
  • The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
